With Scott taking the reins of operations, the company is expanding its leadership team and enhancing its delivery model, which has disrupted the industry through a crowd-based, networked approach to talent acquisition. A long-time innovator with extensive leadership experience, Scott most recently captained the Volt Workforce Solutions executive team responsible for leading North American staffing solutions. In his new role, Scott will direct Crowdstaffing’s global operations and account management teams while driving the growth of the Talent Supplier hiring marketplace.
