I’m so honored and thrilled to be speaking at the SHRM 2016 Talent Management Conference and Exposition in Florida. SHRM is the familiar acronym of the Society for Human Resource Management. It represents 275,000 members across more than 160 countries. So it’s no exaggeration to say that this event will be an informative and essential gathering for anyone involved in the business of people.

This philosophy is one that I share and embrace.
